Queens Mount Ridge - Kandy

I walked into a nightmare-stained sheets that reeked, trash everywhere, and not a single apology from staff. The room was covered in dust, and I found dead bugs too. It was disgusting and a hard pass for me!

Thank you for a great stay. The venue is clean, the staff is very very nice. It has a wonderful location just off the temple, the airport and the mountains. Besides, Rajapihilla is minutes away from the property...

Truly enjoyed our well-designed and neat rooms, plus the staff was exceptionally nice. The room we had included cable channels, tea/coffee making equipment and a dining area. The service was excellent and the pool was great. The location was marvellous, right by Canbuy Gem Museum. Besides, it was adjacent to the center, different restaurants, and the lake.

The location was nice for traveling around Kandy, near the center of the city and 360 degree mountains and different restaurants. Had brunch in the Kgc Lounge, located nearby.

The room was bright and comfortable, and the friendly staff made it a pleasure to be there. I especially enjoyed the clean facilities and amazing views. The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax, and the overall environment felt welcoming and well-maintained.

We had a wonderful stay at the queens. the location was perfect, just a short drive to the town and within walking distance to the temple. our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, including a tea and coffee maker. we really enjoyed the amazing rooftop terrace and pool, which offered stunning views. the staff were friendly, and we appreciated the fun activities, like learning to play carrom in the evenings.

The rooftop pool with fine views is a real gem! Rooms were mostly clean, although mine had a bit of an odor. Staff were friendly but could improve on communication, especially with Wi-Fi issues. Great for a short stay, just be prepared for some uphill walks!

The location of this place was great! It's just a quick walk to various restaurants, and you get to enjoy beautiful 360-degree views of mountains all around. Plus, it's really close to a picturesque lake nearby. 🌄

Our stay was comfortable in the standard queen room with convenient amenities like an iron, coffee/tea maker, and a work desk.

We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it, especially for the spacious double room with a large balcony and all the basic amenities we needed; the location near the lake was fantastic!
